Sidewall reinforcement, fast-rolling center tread, aggressive cornering, and an ultra-durable construction – this is the tire for XC trails that mix hardpack with root lattices, rocks, and puncture-causing trail debris. The Mezcal XC Trail is engineered for speed that doesn’t deflate just because you take a hit in the sidewall.

The continuous center line features offset extensions that are siped to multiply the number of edges propelling you up the trail, and the rear siping on the shoulder knobs is angled for fast cornering on hard, slippery surfaces. For climbing, cornering, or careening down hill, no tire rides like the Mezcal.

Technology explained

The Mezcal XC Trail blends four Graphene-infused compounds to minimize rolling resistance on the center strip and maximize confident grip on the shoulders. The 120-TPI nylon XC Trail TLR casing is durable and supple, and the abrasion-resistant structure is reinforced with additional sidewall protection.

Amazing tires!

Amazing tires! The sidewalls stiffness and support are excellent. Great grip on a lot of terrain types from wet loose gravel, to mud, to fast hard pack.

Great gravel tire

I've got 2 sets, one is on our PowderKeg tandem. 500 miles deep including the Flint Hills Gravel Ride 40 and the Unbound 50 this past year. These tires have been excellent for us. So good in fact I bought another set for my bikepacking rig. I'm in the process of building that bike but I know the Mezcal's won't let me down.

These are perfect for dry conditions, plenty of grip and roll fast.

Used them for a long time, but decided to try the peyote which seems like a updated version.

New to Vittoria off-road, been riding on-road for a while

Love the look of these tires, but love the tread. Still getting used to them after riding another brand for five years, so planning on just enjoying riding and see how they work.
